WF2074 - Coolant Filters

The Fleetguard® WF2074 DCA4 chemical water filter is a high-performance maintenance solution designed to ensure your heavy-duty cooling system operates at peak efficiency. This dual-action component serves as both a high-capacity filtration unit and a delivery system for Supplemental Coolant Additives (SCAs), providing a comprehensive defense against the most common causes of engine failure. Engineered specifically for rehabilitating ES Compleat™ or similar coolant technologies, the WF2074 releases a precise dosage of DCA4 chemicals into the system. These additives create a protective barrier on metal surfaces, effectively preventing liner pitting, cavitation, and mineral scale buildup. By maintaining the chemical balance of your coolant, this filter extends the life of your water pump and prevents the premature degradation of seals and gaskets. Beyond chemical protection, the WF2074 features advanced filtration media that captures harmful contaminants, such as sand, rust, and debris, which can lead to abrasive wear. This ensures a clean environment for optimal heat transfer and prevents clogs within the radiator core. Robustly constructed to withstand high-pressure environments and extreme temperatures, the Fleetguard® WF2074 is an essential component for any preventative maintenance program, reducing unplanned downtime and lowering overall total cost of ownership for your fleet. Keep your engine running cooler and longer with the industry standard in cooling system protection.
